In using the Ring of Keys’ website, some personally identifiable information (“PII”) is collected. Individuals that register with Ring of Keys, and those who sign up to receive Ring of Keys’ e-communications voluntarily provide us with contact information (such as email address and login credentials), which will also remain private and confidential. We may use this information for specific, limited purposes, such as, to provide you with personalized service; to send e-mail alerts to you; to answer your requests; to process your membership application; etc. We will never store your password.

Opt-Out Right

You may always “opt out,” of e-communications either now or at any time in the future if you do not wish to receive our messages. Individuals may cancel their membership at any time upon notification to the organization.

Ring of Keys uses “cookie” messages to automatically help provide better services. They remind us who you are and your preferences for our website based on what you’ve done and told us before. Cookies let us take you to the information and features you’re particularly interested in.
